Royal Air Maroc expands direct Marrakech links to France, Belgium

Royal Air Maroc (RAM) will significantly enhance its point-to-point network from Marrakech, reinstating direct flights to Lyon, Toulouse, Nantes, and Bordeaux from 10 October 2025. The national carrier will also increase services to Marseille and Brussels.

According to CEO Hamid Addou, these developments align with RAM’s strategic roadmap to 2030, aimed at connecting Morocco’s major cities with key European markets, notably France and Belgium. The move is designed to serve Moroccan diaspora communities and international tourists, reinforcing Marrakech’s role as a prime tourist hub.

The new routes will operate twice weekly: Toulouse and Lyon on Mondays and Fridays; Nantes on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 11 October; Bordeaux on Thursdays and Sundays from 12 October. Schedules are tailored to passenger convenience, with early morning and late afternoon departures from Marrakech-Menara International Airport.

Additional weekly services to Marseille (Wednesdays and Saturdays) and Brussels (Thursdays and Sundays) will further boost capacity. The expansion complements RAM’s existing network linking Moroccan cities to major European gateways, including Paris, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, and London.

Tickets are already on sale through RAM’s website, call centers, and partner travel agencies.
