Air Mediterranean to Launch Direct Casablanca-Athens Flight

Low-cost Green Airline, Air Mediterranean, said it will launch three weekly direct flights linking Casablanca to Athens as of December 4.

The first Boeing 400/737 will take off from Athens Airport at 19:30 with a return flight same day from Casablanca’s international airport at 23:00.

This new air-route will promote tourism between the two nations as well as economic and trade ties.

The flights, to last between 3h20min to 4h20min, are programmed on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Air Mediterranean was created recently and has launched its first Athens-Stockholm flights last November.
