Morocco has strengthened its export development strategy with “Power Export: One Shop Store Export,” a comprehensive program launched by the Ministry of Foreign Trade in partnership with Maroc PME under the 2025-2027 Foreign Trade Pact for Growth and Employment.
Designed as a one-stop-shop, the program supports Moroccan companies—whether already operating internationally or preparing to enter global markets—to structure their approaches, conquer new markets, and consolidate export competitiveness.
The initiative features two complementary components addressing diverse exporter needs. The first component, “Flash Diagnosis and Export Action Plan,” targets first-time private Moroccan exporters, including those in industrial acceleration zones, with at least two years of activity and capital not exceeding 50% ownership by companies with turnover above 200 million dirhams.
Access requires minimum average turnover of 2 million dirhams excluding tax (1 million for crafts), operating in high-export-potential sectors including manufacturing, high-value-added services, crafts, agro-food, or green economy. This component finances up to 80% of export diagnosis costs, capped at 50,000 dirhams, to assess companies’ foreign market positioning capabilities and build appropriate roadmaps.
The “Individualized Export Support” component serves both first-time and established exporters. New exporters must meet identical turnover criteria with unexploited export potential. Established exporters must demonstrate minimum 5 million dirhams export turnover over two recent years and submit action plans specifying growth objectives, target markets, and operational actions for 2025-2027.
Financial support covers 80% of eligible expenses excluding tax, limited to 1 million dirhams for new exporters and 2 million for established ones. Beyond technical and financial assistance, Power Export aims to generate tangible national economic impact by creating qualified jobs, developing human resource skills, and integrating Moroccan companies into global value chains.
The program also seeks to diversify target markets, enhance “Made in Morocco” positioning, and strengthen exporter resilience against international trade evolution. Through this initiative, Maroc PME and partners provide entrepreneurs with clear frameworks, concrete tools, and customized support to successfully enter international markets and establish lasting global export presence.
