Morocco & Rwanda to foster cooperation in healthcare, hospital management & medicine

Morocco’s University Hospital Center Ibn Sina of Rabat has agreed to exchange experience and foster partnership with University Teaching Hospital of Kigali and King Faisal Hospital located in Rwandan capital city.

 

Under the 3-year partnership agreement inked in Kigali, the Moroccan university hospital pledged to share its know-how in hospital management, scientific research, training in thoracic surgery, interventional gastroenterology and pediatric onco-hematology.

With King Faisal Hospital in Kigali, the Ibn Sina university teaching hospital agreed to exchange knowledge and capacity building in various healthcare fields including cardio-vascular surgery and kidney transplant.

 

These agreements have been concluded within the framework of the solidarity based and multidimensional south-south cooperation spearheaded by King Mohammed VI for a shared prosperity, inclusive growth and sustainable development.
