Libya hosts Arab conference on savings and financial literacy 

The Central Bank of Libya will host the fifth Arab Conference on Savings and Financial Literacy in Tripoli September 7 – 9.

The three-day conference will be held under the theme, “Tripoli: Capital of Financial Literacy,” with Central Bank Governor Naji Issa expected to attend.

The event will bring together experts, policymakers, researchers, central banks and financial institutions from across the Arab world. Discussions will focus on financial literacy, saving, investment, financial inclusion and digital financial services, as well as their contribution to financial awareness and stability in the region.

The conference will also explore international policies and practices aimed at translating financial knowledge into practical action while addressing economic challenges and rapid digital transformation.
