Russian authorities have lifted the ban after the Egyptian authorities have produced security guarantees at Cairo international airport to sooth Russian fears for security lax which according to the experts led to the crash of the Russian passenger plan end of October.
Russia banned all flights to Egypt following the crash of the jet few minutes after take-off from Sharm-el Sheikh airport, near the Red Sea.
It emerged later that an airport worker had dissimulated the bomb which brought down the plane. The crash was claimed by IS group.
