Morocco and Kenya are studying the conclusion of a defense cooperation agreement as part of the promotion of exchanges between the two countries’ armies.
The project was discussed this Monday in Rabat at a meeting between Inspector General of the Royal Armed Forces and Commander of the South Zone, Mohammed Berrid, and Kenya’s Chief of Defense Forces, General Charles Muriu Kahariri, who is on a working visit to Morocco from March 30 to April 3rd, at the head of a senior military delegation.
The meeting, held at the headquarters of the FAR General Staff, provided an opportunity for both officials to highlight the friendship ties and military cooperation uniting Morocco and Kenya, according to a statement issued by the FAR General Staff.
The two sides also voiced their shared willingness to further bolster these relations in the same spirit of this friendship and mutual trust.
