It seeks to be a dynamic place for social life, where residents can express, design and carry out their projects, and aims to become a model in the field of continuing education thanks to a forward-looking vision of development, local media “Alwhida Info” reports.
The center will provide the teaching of the Russian language, stage events, provide translation services and tour guiding services.
