King Mohammed VI is represented by the Head of Government Aziz Akhannouch at three summit meetings hosted by Riyadh.
The Head of Government arrived in Riyadh on Thursday evening to represent the King at the emergency Arab summit and the extraordinary Islamic summit scheduled for Saturday, which will both focus on developments of the situation in the Gaza Strip.
The Moroccan delegation, which includes Minister of Foreign Affairs Nasser Bourita, will also take part in a Saudi-African economic summit, which will examine the consolidation of economic cooperation between the two parties and the implementation of development projects.
This inaugural Saudi-Africa summit aims to enhance political coordination, address regional security threats, promote economic transformation through research and the local development of new energy solutions, and boost investment cooperation.
