Burkina Faso, Guinea ink 22 agreements spanning several areas

Burkina Faso and Guinea have signed 22 agreements in several areas including security and defense, Anadolu news agency reports.
The agreements were signed during the Joint Cooperation Commission held over the week-end, the agency notes, citing a report of the meeting.
The report reveals that the agreements cover areas including crafts, air services, transport and transit, military and technical cooperation and security.
In the area of economy, both countries decided to establish in Conakry the headquarters of Burkina Faso’s shippers Council, the use of Conakry’s port and promotion of activities of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Burkina Faso in Guinea. The areas of strategic importance for both countries. Both countries also established a time for the realization of the decisions.
