After Saudi Arabia, Moroccan Finance Minister visits Kuwait

Morocco’s Minister of Economy and Finance, Nadia Fettah Alaoui, held, Tuesday in Kuwait city, talks with her Kuwaiti counterpart, Abdelouahab Errachid, on ways to strengthen cooperation between the two countries.

According to a statement by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Finance, relayed by KUNA News Agency, the two parties welcomed, on this occasion, the strong relations between the two sisterly countries and expressed their keenness to strengthen bilateral cooperation in various fields.

The two sides also discussed the economic fallout of the Covid-19 pandemic and the measures taken by the two countries to mitigate these economic effects.

The Moroccan official was on Monday in Riyadh where she conferred with Saudi Minister of Finance, Mohammed Bin Abdullah Al-Jadaan, on ways of strengthening cooperation in the financial and economic fields.

The two sides examined several other topics of interest to the two countries’ finance departments.
