Morocco’s RAM becomes travel partner of African football federation

Moroccan airline RAM signed a deal with the African football federation (CAF) to support major competitions in terms of mobility, including the African cup of nation that will be hosted in December in Morocco.

RAM was given the designation of CAF’s Official Global Partner, as part of a partnership that will enhance the mobility of teams, supporters, and African delegations.

Under this deal, RAM plans a significant increase in its flight, with strengthened capacities and dedicated routes to meet the expected high demand.

At the partnership’s signing ceremony in Casablanca, CAF President Patrice Motsepe hailed “a historic moment for African football,” praising the Kingdom’s sports infrastructure and Morocco’s vision for the emergence of continental sport.

He said the new partnership will facilitate the travel of hundreds of thousands of supporters.

Speaking on the same occasion, RAM CEO Hamid Addou emphasized that this partnership is part of the company’s “affirmed African anchoring,” in line with the vision of King Mohammed VI. He announced special offers and dedicated packages for African supporters and the diaspora.
