Terrorist elements of the Somali jihadist group Al Shabab set fire to dozens of houses during an attack perpetrated in the night from Wednesday to Thursday in Garissa county, bordering on Somalia.
The burned houses belonged to reservists of the national police in Garissa county.
According to the police, the attackers first kidnapped two people, a man and his son, and used them to identify the reservists’ homes.
