Bosch suppliers to set up industrial cluster in Morocco

World leader in home appliances, Bosch, signed a memorandum of understanding with Morocco’s industry ministry to create an industrial cluster in Morocco to supply its plants in Europe.

The new Bosch suppliers in Morocco will help create 2000 jobs and achieve an export value of 1.6 billion dirhams in 2023, said Morocco’s industry ministry in a statement.

The agreements aim at generating investments worth €25 million from 15 Bosch suppliers.

Spain’s Gravalos Constructionnes said it will invest 40 million dirhams at a production plant. Two other already operating companies in Morocco, Virmousil and Sigit, said they will join the industrial cluster.

Bosch is the largest manufacturer of home appliances in Europe and one of the leading companies in the sector worldwide.
