Moroccan pharmaceutical group Laprophan has received AMMC approval for its IPO on the Casablanca Stock Exchange, targeting up to 2.22 billion dirhams (about $228 million).
The offering, the third major listing planned in 2026 after T2S Group Holding and Jet Energy, will float 37.64% of the capital, according to a prospectus published by capital market authority AMMC.
It combines a nearly 1.4 billion dirham capital increase (4.105 million new shares) and the sale of up to 2.412 million existing shares by MC IV Pharma and MC IV Morocco.
Shares are priced at 341 dirhams, with subscriptions open from November 9 to 17.
Proceeds will fund industrial expansion, external growth, including a pending Polymedic acquisition and balance-sheet strengthening.
Founded in 1949, Laprophan is now an integrated multinational with around 1,450 employees, over 1,300 marketing authorizations, and sales in more than 50 countries.
