Morocco’s clinic operator Akdital to manage fourth hospital in Saudi Arabia

Moroccan private healthcare group Akdital, listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange, has signed an agreement to develop and operate the Aladwani Hospital in Jeddah, marking its fourth facility in Saudi Arabia and reinforcing its push into international markets.

The contract covers the fit-out, medical equipment installation and management of the existing multidisciplinary hospital, located in central Jeddah, the company said.

The facility, which is expected to begin operations in the first quarter of 2027, will have a capacity of up to 120 beds and offer a broad range of medical and surgical services.

With the Jeddah project, Akdital will be operating or managing four facilities in Saudi Arabia, in addition to its existing footprint in Riyadh and Mecca and an upcoming hospital to be built over 1 hectare in Riyadh.

The group reported consolidated revenue of around 4.4 billion dirhams ($440 million) in 2025, up roughly 49% year-on-year.

The company is also investing in hospitals in the UAE and Tunisia.
