Morocco and Chad have discussed ways of strengthening cooperation and building a “model South-South” partnership serving the interests of the two countries.
The Moroccan-Chadian cooperation roadmap was at the center of talks held Wednesday in Rabat between Moroccan foreign minister Nasser Bourita and Chadian peer Abdoulay Sabri Fadoul.
The two officials voiced their countries’ determination to advance and diversify bilateral cooperation, particularly in economic and commercial matters.
They hailed the bonds of friendship and solidarity between Rabat and N’Djamena, lauding the strong ties existing between King Mohammed VI, and President Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno.
The ministers agreed to hold the 2nd meeting of Moroccan-Chadian Cooperation Commission in N’Djamena.
