Morocco’s mid-term cabinet reshuffle: new comers at the head of farming, education, transport, investment departments, six Secretaries of State appointed

King Mohammed VI received this Wednesday at the Royal Palace in Rabat, the members of the government following a mid-term reshuffle that witnessed the appointment of 14 new comers, including 6 secretaries of State.

The newly appointed ministers will hold the portfolios of education, higher education, health, agriculture, transport, and solidarity, social integration and family. The new comers also include a minister delegate in charge of investment, convergence and evaluation of public policies, and a minister delegate in charge of digital transition and administrative reform.

Key ministers in the foreign affairs, interior, finance, defense and religious affairs kept their positions.
The new members of the cabinet were sworn in before the Monarch.

The line-up of the 31-member restructured cabinet is as follows:
