Arab Information Ministers commend Moroccan King for his support for Al-Quds, Palestinian cause

The Arab Information Ministers’ Council on Sunday commended the role played by King Mohammed VI, Chairman of the Al-Quds Al Committee, in supporting the Holy City and the Palestinian cause.

In a resolution adopted at the end of its meeting in Tripoli, the Council’s Executive Office called on Arab media to highlight the efforts made by the Rabat-based Bayt Mal Al Quds Acharif Agency, the operational arm of the Al-Quds Committee, chaired by King Mohammed VI, in defending and supporting Al-Quds and the Palestinian cause.

Morocco participated in this meeting in its capacity as a member of the Executive Office, with a delegation representing the Ministry of Communication.

The Standing Committee for Arab Media, holding its 100th session in Tripoli on Thursday, had reiterated the same decisions, which were approved by the meeting of Arab Information Ministers during their latest meeting, held in June 2023 in Rabat.

Morocco, which currently holds presidency of the Council of Arab League, also chairs the current session of the Council of Arab Information Ministers.
