FIFA Chief Gianni Infantino inaugurates Moroccan AB Sport’s first overseas subsidiary

World football governing body’s head Gianni Infantino unveiled Wednesday in Mauritania the first overseas branch of AB Sport, a Moroccan firm producing sport kits.

Infantino, reports say, was joined at the ceremony by Ahmed Ould Yahya, the President of the Mauritanian football federation (FFRIM) and Mohamed Bessam El Aqil, CEO of the Moroccan company.

The inauguration took place on the sideline of U20 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) which kicked off on Feb. 14 in Mauritania.

The FFRIM is one of AB Sport’s clients on the continent. Based in Tangiers, AB Sport is Africa’s leading sport kit producer.
