Morocco’s King Sends Messages to Saudi, Kuwaiti Rulers
King Mohammed VI has addressed written messages to King Salman bin Abdulaziz of Saudi Arabia and to Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah.
The royal messages were handed over to the two Arab leaders in Riyadh on Sunday and in Kuwait city on Monday by Moroc-can Ministers of Foreign Affairs and of Economy and Finance, Nasser Bourita and Mohamed Boussaid.
The contents of the messages were not disclosed, yet the Kuwaiti news agency KUNA reported that the royal message to Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad highlighted the distinguished brotherly relations linking the two countries, as well as the latest developments on the regional and international scenes.
While in Riyadh, Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita held talks with his Saudi counterpart Adel Al-Jubeir.
According to the Saudi news agency (SPA), the two officials discussed the special ties existing between the two countries and latest developments on the regional and international scenes.
