Governor of Delaware, Jack Markell, will participate on Friday in the “Atlantic Dialogues” in Rabat, a conference on issues pertaining to Atlantic Ocean countries.
The US governor will take part in a panel alongside with senior officials, business leaders, opinion shapers and the media from North and South America, Africa, Europe, and Asia.
The three-day conference is co-organized by the German Marshall Fund of the United States and Morocco’s OCP Policy Center.
Trade agreements between Delaware and Morocco include a deal with Fresh Fruit Maroc, a group of citrus growers and exporters, to import clementines through the state.
The OCP Policy Center is a Moroccan policy-oriented think tank based in Rabat, Morocco, striving to promote knowledge sharing and to contribute to an enriched reflection on key economic and international relations issues.
