EasyJet has launched lately its new three-aircraft base in Marrakech, connecting the country to more European destinations and offering more flights and holiday options for customers.
Under a long-term partnership sealed in 2025 with the Moroccan National Tourist Office, the low-cost airline Company pledged to offer a record 4 million seats in the first year of the base’s opening.
The new permanent, year-round base in Marrakech has enabled the creation of one hundred new jobs and thousands of indirect jobs, cementing the airline’s #2 position in Marrakech and strengthening its presence in Morocco.
EasyJet has also announced the launch of six new routes to Morocco for next winter: Prague, New Castle and Zurich to Marrakech, now on sale and Nantes-Essaouira, Bordeaux-Agadir and Birmingham- Agadir coming on sale this spring bringing the total number of routes to Morocco to 58, including 30 to Marrakech.
Several existing routes will also see their operations extended, as Lille, Strasbourg, and Hamburg-Marrakech will now be available year-round.
In Marrakech, easyJet holidays offers more than 70 hotels from three to five stars, including a selection of hand-picked luxury hotels for its “Luxury Collection,” launched in October 2025 in the United Kingdom, with the first customers travelling in April 2026.
