Morocco continues modernizing its military equipment with the acquisition of TREVA-30, a tactical recovery and evacuation vehicle (ARV) developed & manufactured by Excalibur Army of the Czechoslovak Group.
The vehicle is designed for military use (recovering tanks, APCs/IFVs, trucks, etc.), civil rescue, firefighting, and heavy engineering tasks. It is powered by a nearly 400 kW engine and built on Tatra Force 8×8 chassis, which provides excellent mobility in difficult terrain thanks to Tatra’s independent suspension.
Furthermore, TREVA-30 can tow an object weighing up to 50 tonnes. Its manufacturing firm was founded in 1995. In 2005 it acquired the former military MRO company in Přelouč and in 2013 the military repair company in Šternberk with a tradition of production and repair of special equipment since 1951.
It manufactures and supplies ground equipment for security forces and rescue services. It also makes and repairs engines and spare parts for military wheeled and tracked vehicles. The company also sells weapons, ammunition, and other military materiel.
