Morocco’s Carrier Wins European Award for Second Time in a Row
The European Society for Quality Research (ESQR) reckoned the Moroccan national carrier, Royal Air Maroc (RAM,) as one of the world’s best managed companies and for the quality of its services.
It is the second time in a row that RAM is receiving the recognition.
RAM is the only African carrier to win the award in 2016, the Moroccan national carrier said in a statement following the awarding ceremony held over the weekend in Brussels.
The European Awards for Best Practices celebrate the outstanding commitment support and results in quality management strategies.
The 2016 convention gathered selected organizations, public administrations and companies from Europe, Asia, the Americas, Africa and Australia, which are reckoned for the efforts of exceptional and talented employers and employees.
The ESQR, based in the Swiss city of Lausanne is a global organization that promotes quality culture and continuous improvement in quality.
