President of Benin Voices Willingness to Work with Morocco’s King to Strengthen Further Cooperation Ties

Moroccan minister of foreign Affairs Nasser Bourita was received Tuesday in Cotonou by President of Benin Romuald Wadagni on the sidelines of the 7th meeting of the Morocco-Benin Joint Cooperation Commission.

On this occasion, President of Benin conveyed his fraternal greetings to King Mohammed VI and voiced willingness to work with the Moroccan Sovereign to strengthen further cooperation ties between the two countries in all sectors of common interests, said Moroccan news Agency MAP.

The 7th Morocco-Benin Joint Cooperation Commission hailed the progress made in cooperation between the two countries and explored the huge opportunities offered trade, industry, investment, tourism, agriculture, justice, security, vocational training, higher education, and scientific research, as well as health, digital technology, and culture.

Rabat and Cotonou have reaffirmed their determination to establish a strong economic partnership with the active engagement of the private sectors from both countries.
