Bayern Munich has confirmed the signing of Morocco’s World Cup standout Ismael Saibari from Dutch champion PSV Eindhoven in a major $ 63 million summer deal.
The 25-year-old forward, who is currently enjoying a sensational, ongoing standout campaign at the World Cup, joins the German giants on a long-term contract that runs until June 2031.
The German club officials said they are delighted to have secured the services of Ismael Saibari, one of the most exciting forwards at the World Cup who will bring extra quality to Bayern Munich attacking play.
According to football experts, the Moroccan Atlas Lion is known for his dynamism, technique, power, instinct in the box: he can come up with many solutions – and almost always chooses one direction. He keeps pushing, throws his body into the next challenge, closes down passing lanes before they can be exploited. His reach allows him to get to balls that would be lost for others.
Furthermore, with his physicality, he forces opponents into challenges they try to avoid. Saibari played for several clubs including Anderlecht, Mechelen, Genk before joining PSV at age of 19.
