Discover Airlines, a German leisure airline company, has announced its decision to expand its Morocco offerings for the winter 2026/27 season by adding two new routes between the North African Kingdom and Germany.
Starting end of October, the airline will operate new direct flights between Frankfurt and coastal city of Agadir and between Munich and Fez, one of Morocco’s oldest imperial cities.
Discover Airlines, which already operates direct services from Frankfurt and Munich to Marrakesh, has added the new Moroccan destinations to meet growing demands.
The expansion comes after the agreement sealed by the German Company with Moroccan National Tourist Office at the latest ITB Berlin, the world leading travel trade show.
Agadir is known for its mild climate and endless beaches along the Atlantic coast. In addition to beach and water sports activities, Agadir is also an ideal starting point for excursions to the Souss-Massa National Park or the foothills of the nearby Atlas Mountains.
Fez impresses with its historic old town, which has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Culture lovers can explore centuries-old architecture, traditional craftsmanship, and lively markets in over 9,000 winding alleys.
Discover Airlines is fully owned by Lufthansa group. It operates as a 4-star carrier focusing on holiday destinations from Frankfurt and Munich. Formerly known as Eurowings Discover, the airline company was rebranded in September 2023.
