For a well-known car manufacturer in Morocco, Airtificial will develop new technology for advanced steering and transmission systems aimed at the production of next-generation vehicle models. The project will support two OEM automotive groups, one Euro-American and one Asian.
Airtificial will supply high-performance components such as Electric Power Steering (EPS) and Steer-by-Wire, a key technology in electric vehicles that enhances active safety.
The robotic and intelligent line enables production cycle times of under 30 seconds and ensures output of over 105 units per hour. It also incorporates the latest process control technologies to guarantee full traceability, quality and ergonomic working conditions for line operators.
