Morocco’s Addoha group to build 5,000 social housing units in Gabon

Moroccan real-estate leader, Addoha group, will build 5,000 social housing units in Gabon under an agreement signed lately with the authorities of this central African country.

According to local press reports, the agreement was inked by Addoha Deputy Managing Director Mehdi Zemmama and Gabonese Housing Minister Ludovic Menié in presence of transitional President, Gen. Brice Oligui Nguema.

The 5,000 affordable housing units will be built over a period of seven years in Libreville. Partnership sealed between Addoha and the State of Gabon could be extended to other cities to address housing shortage in this country.

Addoha has pledged to provide safe, comfortable, and affordable homes, creating vibrant communities and making a positive impact on the lives of Gabonese residents.
