Morocco’s King affirms resolve to pool efforts with the new ruler of Kuwait to strengthen age-old bilateral relations
King Mohammed VI of Morocco has affirmed his firm determination to work together with the Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, to further strengthen the age-old relations binding the two countries elevate them to the level of the aspirations of the two brotherly peoples.
This came in the message of congratulations that King Mohammed VI has sent to the Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on his accession to power.
In this message, the Sovereign expressed to Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad, on His own behalf and on behalf of the Moroccan people, his warmest congratulations and best wishes, praying to the Almighty to grant him success in leading the brotherly Kuwaiti people towards further progress and prosperity.
The Sovereign also expressed his great pride in the bonds of sincere brotherhood and mutual esteem between the two heads of state and the Moroccan and Kuwaiti peoples, as well as in the relations of active solidarity and constructive cooperation between the two countries.
Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad who was the Crown Prince of Kuwait became the new Emir of the State, following the death of Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
