Morocco’s national airliner resumes direct flights to Moscow

Royal Air Maroc has resumed direct flights between Casablanca and Moscow, after more than a year of absence from the Russian travel market.

The announcement was made Tuesday by several Russian news outlets and travel agents association. The non-stop flights will operate twice a week on Wednesdays and Fridays from Moscow to Casablanca and on Tuesdays and Thursdays from Casablanca to Moscow.

With its coastlines on the Atlantic Ocean and Mediterranean Sea, Morocco offers travelers the opportunity to discover and enjoy a unique mix of Arab, Berber, African and European cultural influences.

The North African Kingdom is known for its cuisine, which is admired throughout the world by its savvy use of spices and local ingredients, such as saffron, mint and olives.

In addition to its mountainous interior, sunny coastline and portions of desert, Morocco boasts cities and buildings with rich historical and cultural background.
