Togo launches Yearbook Togo 2022-2023 report to lure investors

Togo’s Minister for Investment, Rose Kayi Mivedor, unveiled Tuesday Yearbook Togo 2022-2023, an economic report presenting the country’s economic potential, as a tool to lure Foreign Direct Investment (FDI).

“The Yearbook Togo 2022-2023 was published with the aim of making economic data accessible and providing an overview of achievements – completed and in progress – in the key sectors of our economy,” she said at the launching ceremony. “We also highlight priority projects from the government’s roadmap, the priorities of each sector, greenfield projects, as well as the incentives that are provided to investors,” she said.

The 200-page report according to the Togolese government highlights the macroeconomic situation of the country, the reforms carried out, key progress in the various development sectors as well as its prospects.
“Our target is not limited to businessmen and investors, we aim at various profiles of actors, including international organizations, NGOs, national, political, economic and social organizations, schools, libraries and individuals,” Mivedor explained. The report will be distributed to various foreign embassies, international organizations. It will also be handed out at international conferences.
