Covid-19: Morocco suspends air links with France, Spain
Moroccan authorities have decided to temporarily suspend air links to and from France and Spain, extending thus the list of countries with which air links have been banned, in order to limit the spread of COVID-19.
The suspension of air links with the two European countries comes into effect as of Tuesday March 30, 2021 and will continue until further notice, says le360 news outlet, which quotes well-informed sources.
The decision has been conveyed to all carriers servicing the Morocco-France and Morocco-Spain lines, le360 says.
When announcing previous bans with other countries, the National Airports Office (ONDA) had specified that passengers from these countries, in transit through another country, are also affected by the bans.
