In Morocco, decentralization is an essential element in the management of state affairs. Major strides have been accomplished in the implementation of advanced regionalization in the North African Kingdom which is endeavoring to speed up regional development, curb social disparities, enhance attractiveness, improve regional competitiveness, and enhance inclusive democracy for an integrated, sustainable economic and social development.
