Euro Repar Car Service Opens in Morocco

The Euro Repar Car Service, which specializes in car’s servicing, maintenance and MOT tests, has opened its first site in Morocco wherein automotive industry is thriving.

Euro Repar Car Service is part of the strategic plans of French Group PSA and Sopriam to offer customers best aftersales services and boost spare parts sales in Morocco.

The Euro Repar Car Service network, which is expected to expand gradually, offers servicing and maintenance of vehicles of all makes. It is aimed at customers seeking a local servicing and maintenance garage that offers competitive prices and the quality of international label. Mechanics who join the network will receive support in business development and management, marketing and communications, and will be given training.

Roll-out of the network in Morocco will also boost sales of Euro repar’s competitively priced range of multi-brand spare parts, which come with a two-year warranty.

“Morocco is strategic for the international roll-out of our Euro Repar Car Service network,” said Christophe Musy, Vice President of PSA Aftermarket. “We are convinced that our repair service and spare parts offering is particularly suited to the needs of Moroccan customers”.

Morocco’s automotive industry is growing at a rapid pace due to incentives and competitive factors attracting more and more investors and car parts makers.

These factors include Morocco’s proximity to the European market, modern infrastructures, free trade zones, qualified manpower, open economy and stability.

The development of the automotive industry in the country will help the Government create 90,000 jobs by 2020 in addition to the 100,000 that already exist.

The government also aspires to increase the proportion of locally produced components in exported cars from 40% to 65% by the end of the decade.
