U.S. senior Presidential advisor Massad Boulos has denied press reports circulated by the Algerian regime and its Polisario puppet alleging termination of his mission over the Sahara issue and his re-assignment as U.S. ambassador to UAE.
Massad Boulos has rejected the false and baseless reports, affirming that he maintains his current job as top advisor and that he remains fully committed to this portfolio, resolving conflicts and advancing the President Trump’s peace initiatives in Africa and the Arab world.
“Media outlets are reporting untrue rumors claiming that I am seeking an ambassadorial post,” said Boulos on his X account. “I am not going anywhere. It is an honor and a privilege to serve under President Trump as Senior Advisor.”
“Any claims to the contrary are based on uninformed speculation or deliberate falsehoods. They are completely inaccurate and fake,” underlined Mr. Boulos, making reference to the peace obstructors, especially the Algerian rulers who are refusing to comply with UNSC resolution 2797 endorsing Autonomy plan under Moroccan sovereignty.
The Algerian regime is looking for any excuse to gain time, dodge responsibility and maintain status quo in the region. They still believe they can lure Washington with attractive economic and oil deals
Boulos, a Lebanese-American businessman and the father-in-law of Trump’s daughter Tiffany, emerged during the 2024 campaign as a key intermediary between the Trump orbit and several Middle Eastern and African political networks.
