The Algerian regime and its Polisario puppets have suffered another diplomatic setback after Kenya refused the participation of the separatist group in the France-Africa Summit taking place in Nairobi May 11-12.
According to diplomatic sources, the Kenyan authorities have not invited the Polisario to the Summit after endorsing Morocco’s Autonomy plan under the Kingdom’s sovereignty as the ONLY “credible and realistic” solution to Sahara regional dispute.
Yet, some members of the Algeria-backed separatists have tried to no avail to sneak into some side events of the summit to take some photos for the sake of propaganda. But they were denied access thanks to the vigilance and diligence of Kenyan security agents.
Morocco is taking part in the twin summits held in Nairobi on May 11 and 12 — the Africa Forward Forum and the fourth Summit of the Congo Basin Climate Commission- with a delegation led by Head of Govt. Aziz Akhannouch, who is representing King Mohammed VI. Morocco’s participation in the summits demonstrates the Kingdom’s strong commitment to strengthening economic cooperation with African countries.
The Moroccan participation is also part of the Royal initiatives seeking to advance economic partnerships between Rabat, its African neighbors, and its international partners, particularly France.
