Bayt Mal Al Quds Agency launches in Casablanca startup incubator for Al-Quds youth

The Bayt Mal Al Quds Asharif Agency, an offshoot of Al Quds Committee, on Monday in Casablanca, a startup incubator in the field of innovation (BMAQ Plus) for young Al-Quds entrepreneurs.

Part of the Agency’s digital strategy, this platform aims to incubate startups and offer real opportunities for integration into the job market, e-commerce, and e-learning, in addition to preserving the cultural and civilizational heritage of the Holy City and contributing to documenting and protecting the human heritage of Al Quds.

The launch of this startup incubator aims to bring the institution closer to the financial and business sector, as well as commercial and economic, air and maritime crossroads.

This program, which is part of the Agency’s digital strategy, will host ten startups led by young Palestinians, Mohamed Salem Cherkaoui, Director in charge of management of the Agency, told the press.

He added that the launch of this platform reflects the agency’s commitment to serve the Holy City and its inhabitants in accordance with the high instructions of King Mohammed VI, Chairman of the Al Quds Committee, and to diversify its activities with a direct and tangible impact on the life of the Palestinian population.

In statements to MAP, young Al Quds entrepreneurs welcomed this opportunity offered by Bayt Mal Al Quds Asharif Agency, allowing them to achieve their projects.

They stressed that the Agency works, through this platform, to support young Palestinian project holders in various fields, help them develop these projects, and improve their living conditions.
