American GE Vernova company, a leading energy equipment manufacturer and services provider based in Massachusetts, has launched a center for Power Transmission digital services in Casablanca, Morocco.
The center will help GE Vernova service teams support customers operating power transmission equipment worldwide. The Company has chosen Casablanca for its growing pool of digital engineering talent.
With soaring global electricity demand, power transmission services become increasingly important to help keep electricity reliable and available.
GE Vernova provides its clients transformers, switchgear and related technologies that move electricity across power networks.

The center is also expected to support hands-on training, commissioning practices, and knowledge transfer related to digital solutions. The Casablanca center adds a digital services capability in Morocco, helping connect local talent with GE Vernova’s global service needs.
Established in 2024 following the breakup of General Electric, GE Vernova, operates through three main segments: Power (gas, hydro, nuclear), Wind, and Electrification, providing equipment that generates roughly 25% of the world’s electricity.
