The new Casadora Resort by “Cloud 7 Hotels” will enhance further El Jadida seaside destination, emerging as a next-generation coastal lifestyle destination, driven by demand for experiential travel, second homes, and year-round living.
Casadora Resort by Cloud 7 Hotels introduces a contemporary hospitality and residential model that combines international lifestyle standards with a strong sense of place.
Conceived as an integrated hotel and residential ecosystem, Casadora Resort by Cloud 7 Hotels brings together a lifestyle hotel, branded riad-style residences and family-friendly leisure, all operated under the Cloud 7 Hotels umbrella.
The project will comprise 156 hotel rooms, 140 branded riads, and an additional 60 riads offered under a fractional ownership model, complemented by, wellness and spa facilities, sports and outdoor experiences, kids’ clubs, creative spaces, and an organic garden embracing a true farm-to-table philosophy.
Kerten Hospitality currently operates 11 properties, with several projects in the pipeline across the Middle East, Europe and Africa.
