Alma Resort, a premium residential and tourism complex under development in Tangier, has formed a strategic partnership with Spanish hotel chain SOHO Boutique Hoteles to create an exclusive hospitality concept on Morocco’s Mediterranean coast.
The partnership brings together Moroccan developers A. Lazrak, Standard LYS, and Urbat Maroc with the internationally recognized Spanish hospitality group known for managing high-end establishments worldwide. The collaboration represents a shared vision of demanding, refined hospitality deeply rooted in local identity.
Alma Resort occupies one of Tangier’s last preserved seafronts, featuring an exclusive collection of premium villas and apartments positioned within a natural cove overlooking panoramic views of Tangier Bay. The development emphasizes sensitive architecture, landscape integration, and discrete luxury balanced between local anchoring and universal appeal.
The project offers residents and guests comprehensive luxury amenities including a private cove exclusively accessible to residents, a five-star hotel, tourist real estate investment properties (RIPT), and a waterfront clubhouse featuring international panoramic restaurants and wellness facilities.
