Germany to extradite former President of Raja Casablanca Club to Morocco
Hamburg’s supreme court has agreed to extradite Mohamed Boudrika, former president of Raja Casablanca football club, who is wanted in Morocco on charges including embezzlement and fraud.
Boudrika was arrested last July in Hamburg following an arrest warrant filed by Morocco.
He will face trial in Morocco for financial crime accusations.
A court in Casablanca had sentenced him in absentia, to one year of suspended imprisonment and a fine of 232,500 dirhams for issuing bad checks.
