Morocco’s King expresses eagerness to expand the close, promising relations with China

King Mohammed VI has expressed his eagerness to promote and expand the close and promising relations existing between Morocco and China that he described as “model” relations.

This came in a message of congratulations that the Monarch addressed to President Xi Jinping on China’s National Day.

In his message, the King highlighted the “excellent level” and the “model friendship” between Morocco and China, emphasizing their shared commitment to strengthening and developing their relationship in all areas.

“I am confident the constructive, integrated initiatives our countries have launched in this regard will bolster our bilateral cooperation and open up new horizons for our strategic partnership that fulfill our shared ambitions,” the Sovereign pointed out, reiterating his strong desire to continue working with the Chinese President in the same spirit of friendship and mutual trust, to consolidate the close, promising Moroccan-Chinese partnership, for the well-being of the two peoples and the two nations.

In his message, King Mohammed VI also expressed his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes for President Xi Jinping’s continued health, happiness, and well-being, as well as for the prosperity and progress of the friendly Chinese people.
