Morocco expels Polisario from African Chess Confederation, another blow to the separatists & Algeria

The Algerian regime and its Polisario puppet have suffered another embarrassing setback on the international scene after the African Chess Confederation cancelled the membership of Polisario during a meeting held on the sidelines of the International Chess Federation (FIDE) congress organized Sept. 20-22 in Budapest, Hungary.

The African Chess Confederation is based in Algiers and headed by Algerian Lakhdar Mazouz. The separatist group had sneaked into the African organization in 2019 under the pressure of the ruling junta in Algeria.

But in Budapest, Morocco pulled the rug from under their feet and exposed the Algerian deceit and manipulation of the international community over a phantom entity.

With their petrodollars, the ruling junta in Algeria has tried again to purchase the support of the International Chess Federation (FIDE) to get a seat for the Polisario but all their attempts have failed thanks to Morocco’s campaign alerting against an illegal incursion move undermining sports integrity.

Following the failure of its manipulative tactics which are no longer working, the Algerian regime and its illegitimate entity withdrew in humiliation from the Budapest International Chess Federation gathering as they did in several other international venues.
