Arab Summit reaffirms support for Al-Quds Committee chaired by King Mohammed VI
The 32nd Arab Summit, held Friday in Jeddah, voiced strong support to the role played by Al-Quds Committee chaired by King Mohammed VI and Bayt Mal Al-Quds Agency in defending the Holy City and the resistance of its Palestinian inhabitants.
King Mohammed VI is represented in the Jeddah Summit by Prince Moulay Rachid.
In their final declaration, Arab leaders commended the continuous efforts made by the Moroccan Sovereign in protecting Al-Quds Acharif and supporting the legitimate Palestinian cause.
The Jeddah Declaration also welcomed the projects carried out by Bayt Mal Al-Quds Agency, the executive arm of the Al-Quds Committee, under the supervision of the Monarch, to enable the Maqdessis preserve their land and support their resistance, praising the increase to $ 12 million of Morocco’s financial contribution to Al-Aqsa and Al-Quds funds.
The summiteers stressed the importance of highlighting the efforts of Bayt Mal Al-Quds Agency in Al-Quds city information plan in line with the decision adopted by the Council of Arab Information Ministers.
