Swine Flu kills five in Morocco, health ministry says “no panic”

Five people died of complications due to seasonal swine flu (H1N1) as health ministry says situation is normal.

Speaking to local media, Health Minister Anas Doukali said that the department was following the situation closely and that the infections are in line with international flu levels.

“H1N1 is the dominant flu subtype this year,” Doukkali said, adding that “there is no reason to panic” and that 375 health centers are controlling all types of flu.

He urged citizens to take vaccine shots.
